As Seen In

 Heather Ross spent most of her years growing up in beautiful Vancouver, B.C. where she currently resides. She studied painting, printmaking, ceramics and textile design at Capilano University & Emily Carr University of Art & Design as well as introductory studies in architectural & interior design at UCLA. In her early twenties Heather began her own company, producing a poetic line of hand printed linens & accessories which sold in finer stores across Canada. She also enjoyed two years living in Paris working as a textile designer. During this time Heather discovered fabulous sources for antique finds in the brocante markets of France. She continues to travel regularly on buying trips & assignments, always seeking out beauty along her way.

 Upon her return in 1996, her eye as a photographer was noted by an art director. She began shooting professionally, bringing all of her creative talents together in the editorials she began producing for lifestyle magazines. She's a regular contributor to House & Home Magazine & Western Living. In 2001 she opened the doors to Heather Ross [in house] an eclectic gallery/boutique which showcases her evocative design sense. In 2005 she returned to her love of painting. Heathers works are in numerous private and public collections including the Olympic Village. Nature is her most profound inspiration. She loves to write, garden & cook & to search for treasures not just in the flea markets, but also along the shorelines & forest floors.

 In 2013 Heather rebranded, opening an art salon boutique under the name heather ross { natural eclectic } just around the corner from her prior location.

 Her work as a painter and photographer is published in a successful series of fine art prints, she is designing a flooring collection, and pursuing her dream of creating a book. For more of her inspirations follow her on Pinterest and her blog heather ross { natural eclectic }
